Sylvester - Worth County quarterback Sam Youngblood is the winner of this week's Orthopaedic Associates Albany Area Player of the Week award.
After the Rams offense had four turnovers and zero points in the first half, Youngblood directed the Worth County offense to three touchdowns in the second half to beat Dougherty.
Sam Youngblood said"At halftime, coaches talked. We talked. We just came out and we were a new team."
Worth County plays Westover Friday night at Hugh Mills Stadium where the Rams can clinch a playoff berth with a win.
