Albany - First Friday on the Flint is moving, but just for December. The First Fridays event, sponsored by Albany Tomorrow is moving locations from downtown at the corner of Jackson and Broad Avenue to the Ray Charles Plaza, which is expected to be complete by then.

The opening of the Ray Charles Plaza will coincide with the First Friday event that will take place December 7th.
