Albany -- One man is injured and another behind bars Saturday night after a shooting in Albany.

It happened in the 1100 block of Gillespie Avenue at about 6:30 Saturday evening.

That is where police say 68-year-old Henry Hudson shot 38-year-old Mark Anthony Brown once in the stomach following an argument.

We're told Hudson sped away in a car before police pulled him over.

"The car they pulled over did belong to Mr. Hudson. It was 2-door red Ford Explorer. He was arrested at corner of Whitney and Magnolia," said Phyllis Whitley-Banks, Albany Police.

Hudson was charged with aggravated assault and is in the Dougherty County Jail.

The victim was transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, no word on his condition. APD says the shooting remains under investigation.
