Albany -- Two Turner Job Corps students are charged with arson, for setting a fire in a campus building Tuesday afternoon as a Halloween Prank.

Seventeen-year-old Joshua Coble of Moultrie and 22-year-old Joshua Melton of Doerun were arrested and charged with arson in the first degree. Investigators say they set a paper towel dispenser and a trash can on fire as a prank.

That fire did ten thousand dollars in smoke damage to the academic building at Turner Job Corps.

The two students have been expelled by Turner Job Corps, and Job Corps officials say more students could be disciplined because of the fire.
