Albany --  Halloween was really frightening for a Worth County man. A drunk driver dragged him several feet down a street.

Jeff Hoffman took 10 children trick-or-treating in the Lake Park neighborhood Wednesday night.

He got into an altercation with a driver of a white Toyota Tundra who was speeding down Meadowlark, and he says the driver was drunk.

Hoffman says he reached in to grab the man's keys and the driver took off.

"This was in a good neighborhood, and we still have that problem. Something needs to be done. When I approached the vehicle and realized the man was intoxicated, I reached in for his keys like this, and that is when he drove off and started to drag me," said Hoffman.

Hoffman got a scrap on his elbow, but no one was seriously hurt.

Albany Police were called, but the driver has not been arrested.

The truck had a trailer attached to the back carrying a Dixie Chopper lawn mower.
