Moultrie -- Around midnight Friday, Moultrie Police stopped Patrick Johnson, Junior for not having proper lighting on his bicycle.

When they spotted him again Saturday morning near the 700 block of Fifth Street northwest, he led police on a bike and foot chase.

When the cops caught him, they found more than 28 grams of suspected powder cocaine in several different bags.
