Valdosta - A Valdosta man is in the hospital after being hit by a car.
61 year-old Benny Ayers was crossing Norman Drive at West Hill Avenue.
Police say Margo Watts hit him after making a left hand turn onto Norman.
Ayers was taken to South Georgia Medical Center where he remains in good condition.
Police say they the case is still under investigation and charges could be pending.
