Moultrie-  More charges are filed against the two suspects in a Moultrie home invasion, murder as the wounded eyewitness continues to recover.

Thursday, Moultrie police added the charge of conspiracy against Jim Cloud and Craig Gandy. Gandy who police believe was the gunman, is also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

James Moore continues to recover at Colquitt Regional Medical Center, and was upgraded today from serious to fair condition, and is conscious.

His wife Karen was shot six times in the lower abdomen and legs, and died in her home.
