October 24, 2007Valdosta -- Two Valdosta men are charged in the robbing and beating of a store owner.
Police say 19-year-old Carlos Roberts beat 69-year-old Bobby Davis with a metal pipe at the Discount Restaurant Equipment store on East Hill Avenue last week.
They say one of the store employees knew Roberts was going to attack his boss and didn't tell anyone.
