Albany - Late Wednesday afternoon, Albany police charged three men for the July robbery of a WALB employee.

Eighteen-year-old Terrence Phillips, 20-year-old Cory Jenkins, and 18-year-old Eric Williams are charged with holding up Today in Georgia meteorologist Chris Zelman in the WALB parking lot.

Police say Williams was the gunman.

Phillips and Jenkins have been in the Dougherty County Jail since August, accused of robbing the video Warehouse on North Slappey just days after Zelman was robbed.

Police believe Jenkins and Phillips were waiting in a car down the street from the station as Williams robbed Zelman.

Sgt. Kendra Wilson said, "We have enough evidence to charge them, we have probable cause, we have one who has admitted, actually a couple of them as a matter of fact, so I feel very confident in this case."

Police say Phillips and Jenkins confessed to the crime.
