Leslie  --  Leslie Police say a 16-year-old made several bombs that blew up last week, but they don't plan to arrest him.

Investigators say no witnesses will go on the record, so they don't have enough evidence to charge the teen.  Police did talk to the boy and explain how dangerous these homemade bombs can be.

They say he used household chemicals and aluminum foil to create a reaction in a soda bottle which causes the bottle to explode.

The teen was teaching other children how to make the devices.  One exploded inside a Leslie home Friday, slightly injuring a 12-year-old boy who temporarily lost his hearing.
