Valdosta - - If you're looking for a new career, maybe we can help.

WALB will host a job fair Thursday afternoon, so get your business attire and resumes ready.

More than 500 people came out to our last job fair in Albany.

Thursday's job fair will be held at the Valdosta Mall from 3 PM until 8 PM.

Ten employers will be there and they mean business.

"Employers are here to make immediate hires. They have applications on hand, you're going to fill out an application, you're going to meet with the hiring manager, This is your chance to land a job that they have an immediate opening for," says Lisa Bragg with WALB's Job Link.

You can also bring a digital copy of your resume. Laptops will be on site so you upload your resume onto our Job Link web site where even more employers will be able to access it.

Thursday's job fair is free and open to the public.
