Albany -- The main gate at the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany re-opened Tuesday, 15 days ahead of schedule.

The gate was closed September 17th for a repaving project that was expected to last until October 17th.

Because of good weather and hard work, the main gate re-opened at 6 a.m. Tuesday.

The truck gate at MCLB is back to normal operation hours and the temporary gate that was being used on Mock Road is closed.
