Americus- A two year old Americus girl, whose parents, police say, forced her to smoke marijuana, has tested positive for the drug.
The little girls' blood is still being analyzed because it came back positive for several substances.
Her parents, 23 year old Tomeka Danielle West and 27 year old Mendrell Minnis are charged with child cruelty and marijuana possession. The two apparently used a cell phone to video their daughter smoking a joint, then sent it to friends and family.
Someone forwarded it to authorities who made the arrest.
