This is 28-year old Richard Duane Phillips, and he is wanted in Ben Hill County.
Sheriff's investigators say Phillips is a big time distributor of prescription pain pills, specifically Oxycontin. They seized hundreds of pills from his apartment in July. They arrested his roommate but they're still looking for him.
They believe he's probably still in the Fitzgerald area, although he does have ties to Florida. He's even been arrested down there before on drug charges.
