Valdosta - Wild Adventures Theme Park officially has a new owner.
A federal bankruptcy judge approved Herschend Family Entertainment's 34.5-million dollar bid to buy the Lowndes County Attraction.
Herschend operates 17 other properties in seven states including Dollywood and White Water.
They say they'll try to make the transition as seamless as possible and say guests and employees shouldn't notice the change.
