Homerville - The former director of the Homerville Housing Authority pleads guilty to embezzlement.

Susan Wyatt pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday to one count of embezzlement from an organization that receives federal funds.

She admitted to stealing more than 110,000 dollars from the housing authority between 2001 and 2006.

Wyatt is expected to be sentenced in two months. She could be sent to prison for up to 10 years and fined as much as 250,000 dollars.
