Bronwood --  Fire destroyed a vacant home in Bronwood, and the Terrell County Fire Department suspects it's arson.

The fire erupted around 11:00 Thursday night at the home on Third Street. Neighbors noticed flames at the rear of the home and called the fire department.

Minutes later, the home was engulfed.  "It was bad, it burnt all of the trees in the back and it got to the front about two minutes after they got here. It took the fire department about 10 minutes to get out there. And the first time they came they missed the street," said Neighbor Briana Farrar.

Georgia Power cut power in the area to keep the fire from sparking through the lines.
