Albany -- Derrick and Terrance Mathis are accused of shooting 61-year-old Thomas Hall during a robbery at his mobile home on Johnson Road in October.
Hall's son Cobey recognized the gunmen after they attempted to shoot him. Luckily, the gun jammed and the teen was not shot.
The Mathis brothers surrendered about a week later.
