Albany -- A child playing with a lighter set his house on fire Monday afternoon.
Just after lunchtime, fire gutted this house at 216 North Davis Street. Firefighters say Latasha Coleman's five year old child started the fire.
The child ran out of the house and the mother jumped out of a window to safety. The house sustained about $20,000 worth of damage.
