Albany -- Two Dougherty County leaders are getting pay raises.
Dougherty County Police Chief Don Cheeks and County Administrator Richard Crowdis are getting three percent pay hikes retroactive to the beginning of the fiscal year, which was July 1st.
That will bring Crowdis' annual salary to $121,132 and Cheek's salary to $85,682.
