Albany -- A possible break in a rash of burglaries in downtown Albany. Albany police have a suspect they are looking for.
Take a look at 22-year old Steven Antonio Hicks. Police are looking for him in connection with the theft of some tools from a house on Telfair Avenue last month.
Anyone who knows where Hicks is should call Crime Stoppers at 436-TIPS.
