Worth County -- A 51-year-old man was killed when his car was struck by another vehicle on Georgia Highway 112 in Worth County.

The accident took place around 9:30 Saturday morning.

Georgia State patrol says Hershel Lee Douglas was traveling north on Highway 112 when a Chevrolet Malibu driven by 67-year-old Mildred Brue is believed to have crossed the center line before hitting Douglas's vehicle.
