Douglas-- A toddler was killed when some electronic equipment fell on top of him Wednesday afternoon.
Two-Year-Old Jamerson Goodman was climbing on a television stand at the Pine Street Church of God Day Care in Douglas about 2:30, when it came crashing down on top of him.
The little boy was rushed to Coffee Regional Medial Center where he died. Kimberly Wright said that she dropped her son off at Pine Street Church of God Daycare in the morning. She says she was at work when she was told her son had been hurt.
The boy's funeral is scheduled for Sunday afternoon at the McLean-Litman Funeral Home in Douglas. The Douglas Police Department is investigating the child's death.
