Valdosta - Construction still hasn't resumed on a military family housing project at Moody Air Force base.
400 homes were supposed to be built at the base but the project halted in March because subcontractors weren't being paid to the tune of nine million dollars.
That money still has not been paid. Moody leaders say with the growth expected at the base the homes need to be finished.
The developer, American Eagle Communities, is being sued.
