APD investigates apparent domestic killing

Albany   --  About 10:30 last night, Albany police got a call reporting a domestic dispute, and went to a Crescent Drive home, where the found the body of 24-year-old Jessica Acres. They have not said how Acres died.

APD says they're on the lookout for Earnest Sims III, who they believe is the father of Acree's three children. Sims is a 26-year-old black man, 5' 11", and weighs 155 pounds.

Sims was last seen wearing a red shirt and dark pants, with a twist hairstyle. He is known to frequent the East Albany area. Right now, Sims faces charges of Murder, and Cruelty to Children. Other charges may be brought, pending further investigation.
