Albany - It may seem a little hot and a little early, but some folks in Albany are already celebrating Christmas. Santa, Mrs. Claus, and one of their reindeer friends made the trip to Albany for Christmas in August.

The Albany Resource Center is holding a special toy sale to raise money for the program which serves people with disabilities.

Matthew Barnes said, "We work with training individuals with disabilities. This is one of their work training sites, is the thrift store. It has two purposes in mind. To get money and actually to train these individuals."

Christmas in August was a one day only sale, but there are always great deals at the Thrift Store on Pine Avenue. It's open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM.
