Leesburg's Posey celebrates another Cape Cod title

Falmouth, Ma. - Leesburg's Buster Posey is headed back home after helping Yarmouth-Dennis win a second straight Cape Cod League title.

Posey scored the winning run on a bases loaded squeeze play in the Yarmoputh-Dennis 2-0 win over Falmouth.

The Cape Cod League is a summer baseball league for the nation's top college baseball players.

Earlier this summer, Buster Posey played in the Cape Cod League All-Star game.

Georgia pitcher Trevor Holder was named the Cape Cod League championship series most valuable player.
