Police hand over evidence in drive-by investigation
August 13, 2007
Colquitt-- Police continue to investigate a June drive-by-shooting at the Miller County Liberal newspaper's office. Two weeks later a gun that may be connected to the case was found, but police still have made no arrests.
Now they will turn over all the evidence they've gathered up until August 20th, when the grand jury meets. An investigator will testify and then the grand jury will decide if there's enough evidence to move forward.
Investigators will not say if they have any suspects in the case.
