Albany - A North Albany convenience store, busted several times for selling alcohol to underaged customers, is open under new ownership.
Bald Eagle foods at the corner of Ledo Road and Nottingham Way closed down last week. It was owned by Jimmy Kerfoot, a former Lee Sheriff's candidate. Kerfoot lost his alcohol license for 13 months after being cited four times for selling alcohol to underaged customers. He later got the license back.
Phoenix Petroleum bought the property and reopened Monday.
