Tifton --  The trial for a Tifton man charged with murdering six Mexican immigrants won't start next month as scheduled.

Judge Gary McCorvey delayed the start of the death penalty trial for Jamie Underwood. Underwood is the first of four suspects to be tried for a series of home invasion attacks that started September 30th of 2005.

The attacks at three mobile home parks left six Hispanic men dead and injured six others. The defense has asked for a change of venue.

The trial is now scheduled to begin February fourth 2008.
