Albany -- A Dougherty County Grand Jury has indicted three murder suspects in separate killings.

35-year old Bobby Thomas was re-indicted for the January 2006 murder of Herby Wells, an innocent bystander gunned down during a convenience store robbery. Thomas was indicted to specify him as a party to the crime, not the man who shot Wells. Prosecutors are going after the death penalty against the suspected triggerman, 28-year-old Earl Scott.

Also indicted was 36-year old Ricky Johnson who is charged with murdering his disabled step-uncle George Ponder, April 28th, at his Shirley Avenue home.

And 22-year old Tavarius West was indicted for the April 23rd murder of 21-year old Demetrius Vicks across the street from his home on Mulberry Avenue.
