Albany - The South Georgia Wildcats have boasted a deep receiving corps all season. And the unit has added to that depth.
With Scott Cloman and Chavis McCollister held out of Saturday's loss to Alabama, newcomer P.J. Berry made the most of his Wildcat debut.
The school teacher joined the Wildcats when the school year ended and caught four touchdown passes in his first game of the year.
P.J. Berry said"Been here for going on about a month now because I was teaching earlier. I knew I was coming to the team. I knew I had to show myself and prove myself again because I wasn't here all season."
The South Georgia Wildcats close out the regular season at Tulsa Saturday.
A Wildcats win and a Florida loss at Manchester this weekend will give the Wildcats the AF2 south division title.
