Washington D.C. - A fallen soldier from Clinch County received a hero's burial at our nation's capitol.

Twenty five-year-old Sergeant Gene Lamie was buried Wednesday at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors, alongside the fallen heroes from our nation's other wars.

He was killed July sixth when a roadside bomb exploded near his vehicle. He was on his second tour of duty in Baghdad.
