Albany -- An Albany man's throat was slit during a fight with a co-worker.

Thirty-six-year-old Terrence Davis and 38-year-old Orento McKinney were fighting at Schuff Steele on Ledo Road Wednesday.

Police say Davis approached McKinney later with a sharp object and McKinney cut Davis in the neck.

"Based on the evidence there, we are still investigating it to determine if both parties or one parties will be charged. But no arrests yet at this time," said APD Lt. James Williams. "The case is still under investigation."

Police won't say what type of object was used. Davis is out of the hospital and okay.
