Albany - Now that the South Georgia Wildcats have clinched a berth in the AF2 playoffs, their next goal is to win the South division which will guarantee the Wildcats will be at home in the first round of the postseason.
If the Wildcats do get to open the playoff fans at home, some fans could get free tickets to that postseason game.
The Wildcats say if the team hosts a first round playoff game. season ticket holders can get free tickets by renewing their orders for next year.
Fans who do not have season tickets this year can also get free playoff tickets by also buying season tickets for 2008.
General manager Darren McPhail said "It is something in three years that this town hasn't been able to experience yet and they deserve it. They have been supporting us no matter what. Our record so far at home is 5-1 and we have two more home games left."
The next Wildcats home game is Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. against the Texas Copperheads.
