Enigma - - An Enigma substitute postal worker is accused of stealing a gift card from someone's personal mail.
The Office of the Inspector General arrested Veronica Mathis Thursday morning after complaints she opened customers' mail looking for money.
Investigators charged Mathis with mail theft.
They plan to turn the case over to the U.S. Attorney's Office for prosecution.
Mathis has resigned from the Post Office.
