Albany - College football has had some great number one versus number two battles.
The Arena 2 League will have a top five showdown Saturday night in Albany.
The South Georgia Wildcats (7-2), who last week were ranked third in the AF2 coaches poll last week, will host host number one ranked and unbeaten Wilkes-Barre Scranton.
The Wildcats, who are unbeaten at home this season, want to knock off the last unbeaten team in league.
The Wildcats not only want the "W" for pride but also respect.
Defensive back Matt Jackson said "Number one team coming in and like I said it is a statement game. We want to show the league we are a top team."
Quarterback D. Bryant "We are a good team. People are not even respecting us because we are down here in South Georgia and we haven't been good the last couple of years. But this year we are doing what we need to do."
In addition to seeing two of the top teams in the AF2 play on Saturday, the first 3000 fans to enter the gates at the Albany Civic Center will also get free a Wildcat visor on Saturday.
