Albany --An Albany woman has been charged with Vehicular Homicide in the motorcycle crash that killed an Albany Marine.

Albany Police issued warrants against 45-year old Michele Anuze charging her with second degree vehicular homicide and failure to yield.

Investigators say she admitted pulling a medical transport van onto Johnson Road before she saw a motorcycle coming toward her.

The motorcyclist lost control and slid underneath the van.

25-year old Sgt. Jamaad Taylor suffered critical head injuries in the crash and died Tuesday night.

Thursday morning a memorial service was held at the Marine Corps Logistics Base for Taylor who was a Postal Worker at the Base.
