Albany - - It was a day for families to spend some quality time together while enjoying art the same time.
Saturday was Family Day at the Albany Museum of Art. The Museum opened it's doors for free for families.
They do this once a month to spread art awareness to all people. But this month's Family Day is a little different.
"It's an African themed family day. People are making things behind me and also creating masks in our mask making workshop here," says Nick Nelson.
The event coincides with the museum's traveling African exhibit. Visitors got a chance to participate in an African dance workshop and hear from an African storyteller.
