Albany -- A jury deliberated less than 30 minutes before finding an Albany man not guilty of molesting a four year old girl. 24-year old Jimmy Sherman, Junior stood trial for aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery.
Prosecutors say in April or May 2006 he molested a young family member.
The defense called several character witnesses from Sherman's neighborhood Tuesday afternoon. The jury found him not guilty on all three counts.
