Thomasville-- The narcotics division of the sheriff's office had been receiving information on the two men inside. "When we stopped the vehicle, we gained consent to search it and we found a bag containing about 15 grams of powder cocaine. And we found another rock of powder cocaine in the seat beside it," says Kevin Lee, Commander of the Thomas County Narcotics/Vice Division.
Forty-five-year-old Hillmar Patterson Jr. and forty-five-year-old Douglas McEachin are charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
A search of a room where Patterson had stayed with a relative, turned up 3 more smaller bags of cocaine and one of marijuana.
