Albany - A dispute over shoddy construction of the Flint Riverquarium has been settled. In 2004, ATI members voted to file a lawsuit against Tampa firm, RBK Architect. The firm designed and oversaw construction of the project.
The suit claimed RBK made errors and omissions that delayed the opening of the Riverquarium and the Adventure Center and upped the cost of the project. ATI has now settled with the case, but would not release any details because of a confidentiality agreement.
