Thomasville--  Tuesday night ten Republican candidates running for President will meet for their second televised debate.   But they're not the only members of the Grand Old Party vying for the job.

Third-tier candidate Dr. Hugh Cort addressed the Thomas County Republican party at their monthly meeting this afternoon.

Cort says he's not a professional politician but a psychiatrist. But he says he wants to share his ideas with America.   "When we go and get this message to America, and we'll be on CSPAN, and we'll get this message out, we will move up. And I do believe when we get into the debates I'm the only candidate that's addressing the concerns of America," says Cort.

He calls himself an expert in counter-terrorism.  The primary concerns he addressed to the group were about threats of terrorism to the U.S.  He also spoke about plans to win the war in Iraq, and stopping illegal immigration.
