Ben Hill County - - Friday afternoon, Ben Hill Deputies found the body of a 32 year old man who drowned in a family pond.

It happened on McCrimmon Road off Lower Rebecca Road five miles west of Fitzgerald.

Deputies got a call around 3 o'clock Friday from a friend of Frank Ward Freeman, Jr. who reported him missing.

Freeman went camping out near the pond a few days ago.

Thursday night, he called his father to ask him to bring him some food.
