Quitman -- Investigators seized a cache of weapons from a man who's not allowed to own a gun.

Brooks County authorities announced the arrest of 30 year-old Jonathan Orr.

They arrested him a week ago and confiscated a stockpile of long guns when they executed a search warrant at his home on Ellenberg Road in Quitman.

He's charged with 16-counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and a narcotics violation.

His arrest was part of a long-term, ongoing investigation by the FBI Gang Task Force, the Brooks County Sheriffs Office, the Valdosta Police Department, and the Lowndes County Special Response Team.
