Albany- Thanks to your help, police say a brazen bank robber is behind bars. Fifty-six year old Willie Lee Hall of Albany has been charged with robbing the SunTrust Bank on Gillionville Road on Thursday morning.
During the robbery, Hall wore an easily identified pink shirt. We featured feature Hall on WALB's Most Wanted and thanks to citizens who saw that picture an arrest was possible.
"Both of the cases we're greatly assisted by citizens who provided information and through these citizen's we were able to facilitate a very, very, quick arrest," said Albany Police Chief James Younger.
The camera at teller number three's window captured a good picture of Hall. Hall is being held in the Dougherty County Jail.
