Albany -- Police say Willie Lee Hall, wearing a pink shirt walked into Sun Trust Bank on Gillionville Road in Albany around 11:45 Thursday morning. He was arrested by APD Friday.
He wrote a note to the teller saying "I need you to do exactly what I say or I will kill you."
Then in a low voice he asked the teller to give him $7,000.
Bank employees say the man came in the bank earlier asking to apply for a credit card but left because he didn't have ID on him.
Willie Lee Hall came back 45 minutes later and robbed the bank.
