Lee County-  A car crash was caused by a woman talking on her cell phone on Highway 19 in Lee County Thursday afternoon.

The wreck happened on 19 near Eagle Pond Road.  Twenty year old Jeri Smith told deputies she was on her cell phone and didn't see the car in front of her signaling to turn right.  When Smith tried to pass in the southbound lane, she nearly struck another car.  Smith's Ford Bronco crossed the northbound lane and rolled over in the ditch.

She'll be cited for failure to maintain a lane.  She was wearing a seat belt.
