Albany - People across the country bowed their heads today for a national day of prayer. In Albany more than a hundred people gathered outside the Government center to pause for prayer.
Lisa Cox says our nation needs prayer now more than ever. "I think that the times show us that we desperately need for God to do something and to change our hearts with each of us, beginning one by one and it's a relationship through prayer."
This is the 56th annual National Day of Prayer which is held on the First Thursday in May.
